Good governance and reputation

As far as corpo­rate gover­nance is con­cerned, we advise on the design and draf­ting of bylaws, general share­holders’ meeting regu­la­tions, board of directors and committee regu­lations, codes of ethics and codes of conduct to provide the com­panies with a good corpo­rate gover­nance and reputation.

We also assist our clients in defining their CSR and sustain­ability strategies and plans, with a special focus on the legal issues related to supply chains and respon­sible procure­ment in dealings with suppliers.
